Nadia Khan is a famous and top Geo TV host / anchor in Pakistan. Nadia Khan was born in an ethnic Pathan family of Niazi tribe Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. Her date of birth or birthday is on 22 May 1979.
Nadia Khan married Khawar Iqbal in 2000 and left Pakistan entertainment world and moved to Dubai, though making a comeback later in 2003 as an anchor on ARY Digital’s morning show Breakfast with Nadia. The show went on air from Dubai in the year 2003. After leaving ARY Digital for unknown reasons in 2006, she moved to the rival channel Geo TV; actress Marina Khan took Nadia’s place at ARY Digital starting her own successful morning show which ended in 2008 after a short run. Nadia is currently the host of Geo TV’s morning show called Nadia Khan Show. Her show features interviews with Pakistani celebrities, artists, performers, religious leaders, athletes and politicians. There are also segments on Islam, health and beauty, among others. Her show is among the highest-rated morning shows in Pakistan.
Nadia Khan has been one of the most sought after anchors in Pakistan. Due to her raging success in the field of TV industry, she has achieved numerous awards for her phenomenal work. She has won Masala Awards for Best TV Anchor for two consecutive years, 2008 & 2009. Beating out 5 other nominees, from Zee Tv , Sony Tv , Star Plus and rival morning show host, Shaista Wahidi of ARY Digital. She has also won a best actress award for her hit PTV Drama serial Bandhan.
